Price by operational risk, not compute alone

Uptime monitoring, incident response, and integration support drive costs more than raw VM price. Only sell reliability and response commitments that have been verified. ClawStack currently provides best-effort support without an uptime SLA.

Use one clear upgrade path

  • ClawStack Starter: 2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 30 GB storage.
  • ClawStack Pro: 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 30 GB storage.
  • ClawStack Enterprise: 2 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 30 GB storage. All three plans use best-effort support.

Reduce failed checkouts and support tickets

  • Never continue to configuration if payment state is not `paid`.
  • Show provisioning progress in clear steps with realistic time estimates.
  • Provide a simple “manage your instance” doc for self-service actions.
