Hosted software is the default: implementation followed by recurring hosting and best-effort support. You own your business data. Source-code handover is also available through a separately negotiated proposal that defines licence rights, hosting responsibilities and third-party obligations.

Who is HAULVIA for?
Truck transport businesses that want trip records, revenue, costs, vehicle positions and reports together. Maintenance scheduling, invoice OCR and other additional workflows require separate assessment; they are not included by default.
Can I use my logo and domain?
Logo, colours and domain setup can be included in your proposal. Every customer deployment and branding scope is agreed before the build.
Do I need tracking devices?
Tracking requires configured Traccar-compatible device or phone feeds with connectivity. Confirm your hardware and ingestion setup during scoping. Devices, connectivity and third-party charges are separate; tracking reflects the latest reported fix rather than a guaranteed continuous feed.
Can you import my existing records?
We assess your spreadsheet or existing system before quoting an import. Data cleaning, field mapping and migration validation are scoped separately; no automatic import from every system is promised.
Which currency and permissions are supported?
The current application reports in AED and supports administrator and per-module permissions. Other currency or access requirements must be assessed in your proposal. Invoice entries are manual.
What do I receive and who owns the data?
Hosted software is the default, with customer-owned business data. Source-code handover is separately negotiated; the proposal identifies licence rights, included components and ongoing responsibilities.
What happens after I request a demo?
We review your fleet size and requirements, follow up by email and arrange a walkthrough of trips, profitability, tracking and reports with demo data. Then we scope branding, onboarding, requested changes and commercial terms. No response deadline is promised.
What about training, support and leaving?
Onboarding and training are scoped in the proposal. Support is best effort, without guaranteed response time or uptime SLA. PDF/Excel reports are supported; full data migration, termination, retention and handover arrangements are agreed before purchase. Refund requests are reviewed individually under the project terms and applicable rights.
