ClawStack provides

A private OpenClaw application instance, deployment progress, dashboard access and restart controls. Hosting questions receive best-effort support.

Custom development, application configuration and guaranteed response times are not included.

You configure and use

Bring your AI-provider API key, connect a supported messaging channel and configure your assistant. A chat subscription may not include API usage; provider charges are separate.

Review AI outputs, manage your connected accounts and keep copies of important data. Requests may be processed by your selected AI provider and connected services under their terms.

Maintenance and backups

OpenClaw plans currently have no dashboard backup/restore controls or included automatic scheduled backup service. Arrange your own backups and discuss maintenance needs with support.

Automation’s planned recovery and update controls are a separate preview offering.

Cancellation and taking your data with you

Contact support about OpenClaw cancellation and data handover before ending service. Confirm the billing end date, export method and retention arrangements for your account. Application exports depend on the data and connected services involved; a full migration service is not included.

Restarting an instance does not cancel billing. Refund requests are reviewed individually; no automatic refund is promised.
