Version 1 · Activepieces 0.92.2. Drafts are loaded into your workspace. They stay disabled until you configure connections and publish them.

  1. Reveal the initial owner login in your ClawStack dashboard and sign in to Activepieces. Change the initial password.
  2. Open a draft. Connect Google Sheets or Slack in that application; credentials stay in your instance.
  3. Create a lead sheet with these exact headers: id, name, email, service, status, due_at, created_at. Use ISO dates with a timezone for due_at.
  4. Select your sheet and Slack channel. For routing, replace the category/channel map with real channel IDs.
  5. Replace the webhook header secret and call the test URL with the sample below. Never publish with the sample secret.
  6. Test each step and inspect its output. Publish only after validation succeeds.

If a connector needs your own OAuth application, follow the connector’s native setup instructions. OAuth redirects must use your workspace’s HTTPS address. Connection failures are shown in the Activepieces run history.

Daily pipeline digest

Read your lead sheet and send open/overdue totals on a schedule.

{
  "rows": [
    {
      "status": "new",
      "due_at": "2026-01-01T00:00:00Z"
    },
    {
      "status": "won"
    }
  ]
}

Set the schedule timezone. Closed, won, and lost leads are excluded; overdue means due_at is before the run time.

External notifications and sheet appends may repeat if you manually rerun a job. Use stable enquiry IDs to reconcile duplicates. Live connector verification is a launch gate; sample previews do not prove a production connection.
